PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS
Exercise isn’t ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL. What works for one person may not work for another – that is why we offer Personal Training. We want to help you to achieve your personal goals, whether it’s muscle gain, increased flexibility and strength, weight management, or just getting back on track. Our certified trainers will help you get results with physical fitness customized for you. They’ll encourage and motivate you along the way and help you gain the most benefit from your program, while making steady progress toward your goal.
A certified personal trainer can help you evaluate your current fitness level and custom design an exercise and wellness plan that will work for you. Appointments are required and can be made at the Welcome Center. Pre-payment and 24 hour cancellation are required.
NOTE: Trainers must be employed by the YMCA. Members may not provide their own trainers.
Semi Private Training Sessions:
Would you like to train with a friend, family member? We offer semi-private personal training for individuals of similar fitness abilities. Contact the Welcome Center for pricing and to schedule an appointment with one of our Personal Trainers.
