Just Add Water
It’s never too late to learn to swim! We offer adult swim lessons for 18 years and up. Our trained staff will teach you the basics from treading water to floating. We have progressive classes with the goal of teaching fundamentals, perfecting your strokes and teaching you proper technique for lap swim and triathlon training. Private Swim Lessons (Ages 18 & Up)
You’re never too old to learn to swim or perfect your stroke. Whether you’re a beginner or a competitive swimmer, aquatics provides a great total body workout.
Water group exercise classes are a wonderful alternative to “land” exercises. With water exercise, there is less impact on your joints, but you still receive the same cardiovascular workout as you would if you were doing it on “land.” All fitness levels and non-swimmers are welcome!
