Licensed Childcare Staff – Part-time

We are seeking dedicated and qualified candidates for our growing Licensed Childcare program. The successful applicant will work 10-15 hours per week, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Qualified applicants should possess a high school diploma, GED or higher with 24 annual clock hours in professional development. This person is responsible for supervising, nurturing and caring for children typically between the ages of 3 and 12 years. You will welcome children each day and lead crafts, activities, mealtime and assist the children in developing their social skills.

Lifeguards & Swim Instructors

We are currently looking to hire part-time lifeguards and swim instructors.

Lifeguard certification is required. Swim instructors must be CPR/First Aid certified and show proof prior to hire.
Looking for instructors who have swim experience and enjoy working with children.
For lifeguarding, there are morning, afternoon, and evening shift options: 5:15 am - 9:00 am, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Childcare Services Staff

The Tri-Cities Family YMCA is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to work in our Childcare Services department.

Applicants will be responsible for the direct supervision of children 3 months to 10 years.
Applicants must have a strong desire to work with children and families.
Responsibilities include interacting and engaging with children, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, and communicating effectively and positively with families.
