Get ready for summer with healthy, fun, free activities at the Y on April 18, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bring family and friends to learn about our summer camps, enjoy membership specials and participate in healthy activities as a family. All activities are free and no pre-registration is required.

HEALTHY KIDS DAY SCHEDULE

Book Swap Bring a gently used book or two and trade it in for a new gently used book you haven’t read!

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM All ages

Family Swim Make a splash and swim with the whole family. We’ll have beach balls available for aqua hoops! 

10:00 AM -12:00 PM All ages

Parent/Child Sports Sampler Join Miss Abbi for a fun Sports Sampler Class! 

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM Ages 3-6 with adult.

Open Gymnastics Our Gymnastics staff will be on hand to help kids try, learn and practice gymnastics on all the equipment.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Ages 5 and up.

Family Fitness Class Join our certified instructors and travel from station to station trying new exercises aimed at core strengthening and cardio training.

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM All ages.

Rock Wall Climbing Test your strength and scaling ability on our indoor rock wall!

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM  Ages 3 and up. 

Open Gym Come shoot hoops, hula hoop and more in the West Gym.

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM All ages.

Yoga Join Amanda for kid-friendly Vinyasa yoga for kids and parents.

1:00 PM – 1:45 PM Ages 8 and up.

Walking Trail Mix Enjoy a healthy version of the Walking Taco and build your own bag of trail mix!

12:30 PM – 3:00 PM All ages.

Healthy Kids Day is a national Y event aimed at getting kids and families ready for a fun, active, summer. We’ll have information available on our summer camps, Spring classes and programs and a special membership offer for families that join on April 18.
