Just Add Water
It’s never too late to learn to swim! We offer adult swim lessons for 18 years and up. Our trained staff will teach you the basics from treading water to floating. We have progressive classes with the goal of teaching fundamentals, perfecting your strokes and teaching you proper technique for lap swim and triathlon training. Group class offerings vary each session so be sure to check the Fitness Schedules or stop by the Welcome Center for the most current information.
Masters Swim Training (Ages 18 & Up)
Coached swim training for competitive swimmers, triathletes, open water swimmers and those looking for a great total body workout. No competitive experience required. Check out our current Program Guide for additional information.
Water group exercise classes are a wonderful alternative to “land” exercises. With water exercise, there is less impact on your joints, but you still receive the same cardiovascular workout as you would if you were doing it on “land.” All fitness levels and non-swimmers are welcome!
