Just Add Water
Its never too late to learn to swim! We offer adult swim lessons for 18 Yrs and up. Our trained staff will teach you the basics from treading water to floating. We have progressive classes with the goal of taking those fundamentals, perfecting your strokes and teaching you proper technique for lap swim and triathlon training.

Adult Swim Lessons (18 Yrs & Up)
We offer beginner and Intermediate classes. Little to no swim experience is required for our beginning classes. If you are a little more comfortable in the water and able to swim the length of the pool our Intermediate class is for you.
Freestyle Clinic (18 Yrs & Up)
Swim experience required. Training for a triathlon? Want to swim with better form? This class is for you.
Group Classes (18 Yrs & Up)
Water group exercise classes are a wonderful alternative to “land” exercises. With water exercise, there is less impact on your joints, but you still receive the same cardiovascular workout as you would if you were doing it on “land.” All fitness levels and non-swimmers are welcome!
