We are excited to offer Enhance Fitness® in 2017!  This group exercise program helps older adults at all levels of fitness to become more active, energized, and able to maintain their independence.  Each one hour class focuses on cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility.  Enhance Fitness® is an evidence-based program proven to increase strength, boost activity levels, and elevate mood.  Participant progress is tracked with fitness checks upon joining and again at the completion of the 16 week program.  Participants must commit to attend ALL 16 weeks.

Classes are Mon / Wed / Fri from 10:30 – 11:30 AM
