Cardio & Strength Conditioning

For complete health and fitness benefits, it is essential to have a well-rounded training program that includes both cardio and strength work.  Regular cardio workouts burn lots of calories and improve cardio vascular health, while strength training prevents age-related lean muscle tissue loss and builds better bones.   These group fitness classes, held in our Multi-Purpose room, are aimed at helping you accomplish these goals in a fun, safe environment.
