Competitive Gymnastics Team (girls ages 4-15)
Our Gymnastics teams are designed with an emphasis on FUN!
We know that gymnastics is an important part of our athletes’ lives, but we also know that it is only one part. Our team competes in local “fun meets” a few times a year. It is all the fun of a gymnastics team without all the travel and long hours in the gym
Our goal for the team program is to provide gymnasts with safe, positive & fun learning experiences! We coach gymnasts to work hard and do their best each day. We also focus on TEAM. Everyone is a part of a team and each member is important. We support each other, cheer for each other and encourage each other. Be a part of the FUN, be a part of the TEAM.
USAG Levels 1 through Pre-5 are the first levels of competitive gymnastics. The girls will attend a several local “fun meets” designed to introduce competitive gymnastics. These meets are low-key, and gymnasts will not receive individual scores. However, each gymnast will receive ribbons at each event based on their performance and a medal OR trophy.
Practices are two nights per week. Girls must attend both practice times in order to participate in the team.
