Runners Fitness Challenge
This friendly 6 week challenge is open to beginners as well as experienced runners. A weekly course will be posted and you can choose any day or time to run it over the course of the week. All courses will start and finish at the YMCA and be approximately 5k in length. You do not need to be able to run the whole course in order to participate. Individuals may have different goals, from training to complete a first 5k or trying to improve on a previous PR. All participants will need to register, the challenge is to members. Turn in your time and we will track your weekly progress and improvement. Timing is based on the honor system. You can expect weekly emails with runner friendly tips.
